The Atlanta Constitution Feb 16 1921, p3:

“Wesley Roberts, a negro, is one of the shrewdest moon shiners in business ... Underneath (ground) was a room about 30 feet square. In it were found 10 kegs containing 150 gallons of cb. whiskey and 3000 gallons of beer besides a completely equipped 50 gallon copper still. Roberts and Joe Worsham another negro, were brought to police headquarters before United States Commissioner W. Colquitt Carter this morning to face moon-shining charges."
