Descendants lived in Randolph Co., GA; Angelina Co., TX; Ellis Co., TX; Coryell Co., TX; Lamar Co., TX; Dallas Co., TX; Union Parish, LA.  Emily was born 20 May 1823, she died 13 Apr 1905 and is buried in Cannan Cem., Lockhart, Union Parish, LA. She had twelve children.

A possible sister, Nancy C. Worsham md. Henry Senn, 9 Jan 1851, in Randolf Co, GA, by John Taylor, minister. They are in the 1860 Union Pa, LA cens (p.509), as Henry Sinn age 35 Farmer SC; N. C. Sinn age 30 Housekeeper GA; Jno. W. Sinn age 8 GA; Geo. W. Sinn age 7 GA; J. L. Sinn age 5 GA male; T.C. Sinn age 2 LA male and C. Washum age 62 NC f seamstress, p509. This would make C. Washum as the wife of Alanson.

1.2. John Simpson Washam b 11 Feb 1847 Dade Co., AL instead of Feb 1847 AL. According to Hico Cemetery Genealogical reference, John S. Washam d 31 Jan 1912. Hico Cemetery, Hamilton Co., TX, Block 11, Lot 10 headstone has John S. Washam b Feb. 11, 1847 -Jan 31, 1912 Father; double headstone K. E. Washam July 15, 1851 - Oct. 13, 1925 Mother.

1.5. Captain Rutherford P. Washam born 8 Feb 1852 Randolph Co, GA and died  11 Mar 1937 Union Pa, LA. He was the sixth child of Alanson Randolf Washam and Emily Jackson Simms. He married Sarah Frances Speigemer, born 22 Jun 1859 and she died 20 Jul 1936. Rutherford and Sarah had four children. MRS. VERA WASHAM TOLAR, Mulhearn Funeral Home - West Monroe, LA
Graveside Services for Vera Washam Tolar will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, March 11, 2006, in the Hasley Cemetery in West Monroe, LA with Alan Robertson officiating under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA. Vera was born on Jun 6, 1919 in Monroe, LA and died on Mar 6, 2006 in Norman, OK. Vera was a graduate of Ouachita Parish High School and had resided in Rayville, LA until re-locating to Southern California, where she spent her working years for a school district. After retirement, Vera moved back to West Monroe, where she renewed old friendships and made many new ones. In 1993, for health reasons, she moved to Denver, CO, and resided there until late 2005, when she moved to Norman, OK, nearer her daughter and family. Vera was a member of the Church of Christ. Vera was preceded in death by her parents, Ollie and George Tolar; sisters, Louise Tolar, Maude Guidry and Iva Freeman and brothers, Nathaniel "Nick" Tolar and F.A. "Speedy" Tolar. Survivors include her daughter, Frances Washam Troglin and husband, Rev. Charles of Wewoka, OK; brothers, Leonard Tolar of Rayville, LA and George Tolar, Jr. of Covina, CA. She is also survived by six grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; one great great grandchild and a number of nieces, nephews and special friends. A nephew, Cecil "Pete" Tolar and wife, Mable of Pine, CO are recognized as dedicated and loving caregivers to Vera.

James R. Washam, 73, Lillie- James R. Washam, a retired route salesman for Coca-Cola, died Friday. The funeral is Sun at Bethel Baptist Church, Lillie. Burial is at Roselawn Cem, Junction City, AR.

Service for Dwayne Washam, 62, of Junction City, were held Saturday, May 30, at Bethel Baptist Church of Lillie. Interment followed in the church cemetery. Mr. Washam died Thu, May 28, in a Shreveport hospital after a brief illness. A native of Lillie and lifelong resident of the Lillie and Junction City area, he was retired from Columbia Chemical Corporation and was a member of Bethel Baptist Church in Lillie. Survivors include his wife, Sue Washam of Junction City; two sons, David Washam and Tim Washam both of Lillie; two brothers, James R. Washam of Lillie and Mickey Washam of Ruston; two sisters, Trudy Hunt of Spearsville, and Betty Hlavaty of Lillie.

TX as Viola Washam age 67 b. TX. Alex is William Alexander McKinney, a son from Viola's 1st marriage.  Alex was b. 10 Feb 1886 of Navarro, TX & m. Lula Ann b TX. (World War I Draft Registration Cards)  In the 1900 Navarro Co, TX census, Alex is listed as William A. Washam b. Feb 1886 TX, the son of Viola Washam.

There was a J. H. McKinney b 11 Mar 1851, d 17 Feb 1888 who was bur close to Viola in the Prairie Point cemetery. An infant is bur next to Viola. Viola is bur in Prairie Point b. 28 Sep 1862 d 22 Oct 1944. Next to that infant is J. H. McKinney. Buried in the same cemetery is Elex W. A. McKinney b 10 Feb 1886, d 8 Mar 1959 & next to him is his wife Lula Ann McKinney b 31 Mar 1888, d 11 Oct 1963.

On the marriage license dated 23 Dec 1857, it stated Priscilla was d/o D. W. Tucker & Henry to Pine Bluff from Pontotoc Co., MS. Their marriage was published in the Dollar Democrat (Oxford & Coffeeville, MS):

"Married on 22 Jan 1858 by Rev. A. R. Winfield at the residence of the bride's father, Mr. Henry B. Worsham (late of Pontotoc, MS) to Miss Priscilla dau of Dr. W. Tucker all of Pine Bluff, AR." Worsham age 19 b Ark.  They are in the 1860 Jefferson Co., AR Census, p 786 town of Pine Bluff. He is H. B. Worsham age 29 Merchant with $3,000 Real Estate & $10,000 Personal Effects b TN. Priscilla is listed as P. W. Worsham age 19 b Ark. Living with them is Wm. F. Tucker age 17 Male b AR. & P. W. Tucker age 54 Female b KY. He published a newspaper in Pine Bluff during the Civil War (Woody Worsham, 2000) According to family researcher Woody Worsham, 2000 Henry B. published a newspaper in Pine Bluff during the Civil War. He is in the 1870 Pine Bluff, Jefferson Co., AR Census, p 34 age 39 clerk in store with $4000 real estate & $100 personal effects b TN with children: Sallie age 11, Gertrude age 8, & Wood age 7. According to family researcher Clay Dedman, 2000, Henry B. Worsham married 2^nd) Mary Iva Tucker Mar 1869. The 1870 Census has John Tucker, age 5, but not Mary. In the 1870 Jefferson Co, AR mortality cens, is Iva Worsham age 22 NC, d. Mar, Pneumonia. Children of Priscilla:

It was rumored within the family that Wood went to TX, married and had children before marrying Malinda. (Woody Worsham, 2000) He d 27 Feb 1935 Cleveland Co., AR & Malinda d 1960. Both are bur Greenwood Cem., located near Rison, Cleveland, AR. (Clay Dedman, 2000) Children:
